Chapter Use of the National Online System for Recognition Awards

Chapters are invited to use the online system that is also used for the recognition program at the regional and national level. The benefit of using the national system is that once an application is on file it will not need to be re-entered.

When the online form is submitted:

  1. The individual submitting the form can print the final submission as a final process of submitting the application.
  2. The Chapter Recognition Chair will receive an email copy of the application.
    • The form ask for the Recognition Chair name and email.  Very important for the chapter member to complete these fields correctly so the Recognition Chair will receive the email. Make sure this is included in your chapter instructions to members.
  3. The National ESP Office will receive an email copy.
  4. The actually application file is stored online as a backup
Finally the Recognition Applications Submitted Page is provided so that chapter officers can review to see if an application was submitted. The application cannot be viewed from this report. However, this report will serve as a confirmation to the Recognition Chair that he/she has all applications.  The Recognition Chair can contact the National Office to receive any missing application not received in their email box.
