Chapters are invited to use the online system that is also used for the recognition program at the regional and national level. The benefit of using the national system is that once an application is on file it will not need to be re-entered.
When a online recognition application is submitted the applicant/nominator will have the opportunity to print their application. After submission, a copy of the completed application will be emailed to The Chapter Recognition Chair (applicant must enter the Chapter Recognition Chair's email address into the recognition application) and the National Office. All applications will be stored in our online database.
On the national website we will provide a list of names for members who have submitted applications. This is intended to be a reference to ensure you have not missed an application in your email.
