Resource Development and Management

Committee Goal 1: Share work of RDM Committee with membership through articles in the Connection Newsletter

Committee Goal 2: Review ESP Handbook sections related to RDM committee and provide recommendations for revisions

Committee Goal 3: Develop budget for review at the July Board Meeting to be approved at Annual National ESP Meeting

Committee Goal 4: Review ESP budget and ensure fiscal integrity. Action steps include

● Review monthly fiscal reports

● Conduct internal fiscal review in March

● Review investments in January

Committee Goal 5: Increase the ESP Development Fund through the following

Targeted Campaign Drives:

  • Conference registration drive - June to October
  • Conference pin/ribbon drive – at Conference
  • End of the Year drive - December
  • Chapter Contribution Drive-February-March (2021-2022 cycles)
  • Key Level Up Drive-April-May (2021-2022 cycles)

Committee Goal 6: Facilitate stewardship with donors

● Include donor recognition flyer in conference folder and on the website

● Include donor recognition in Connection articles

● Committee member thank you to donors in state/region during/campaign wrap up in June.

● Plan celebration at 2020 ESP Annual conference for donor recognition of achieving/exceeding RDM 15 year goal of $500,000.00 (2019-2020 cycle)

● Work with Executive Director’s office and SGR committee to identify and report on past award recipients/successful projects to include in the 2020 Endowment celebration (2019-2020 cycle).
