2019 ESP National Conference Online Auction in Colorado Springs

Dear ESP Members,

The ESP Online Silent Auction is now open for bidding!

To place a bid, go to https://www.32auctions.com/ESP2019 . You can view the items here, but to place a bid you’ll need to create a login using an email and address. After verifying your email, you’re good to bid.

Scroll through all the offerings and place your bids! Click on “Place My Bid” and then “Submit Bid.” Once you have placed a bid you will get updates in your email on how your bid is doing so you don’t miss out on your favorite item!

We have room for many more items on our site. If you have not uploaded your auction contribution yet, it is simple. Go to https://forms.gle/1H7f5YMwTLuaHV3Z6 and fill out the Google Form with the requested information. Don’t forget to add photos! We will take care of posting it on the auction website.

When you add an item on the Google Form you need to have a google or Gmail account in order to upload pictures. If you do not have one of these accounts, we have a few other options. Here is a link to a fillable pdf form: Add_Auction_Item. You can put your information in this form and attach it along with a picture or two in an email to Christy.fitzpatrick@colostate.edu or Luann.boyer@colostate.edu . If all else fails, just bring your item to the conference registration area before noon on Tuesday morning and we will upload it for you.

The person who donates the item(s) will be in charge of delivering it to the winning bidder(s). Bidding will begin on October 1 and end at 6:30 p.m. October 15 during our dinner and entertainment (won’t want to miss it) and just before the live auction.

The funds we raise go to support the Endowment Fund, which supports our members throughout the year with grants, scholarships, and conference stipends.

If you just don’t have time to get an item, there’s a “Donate” button on the upper right hand of the auction site where you can donate and help with our fundraiser!

Thanks very much for your support and your willingness to try out this new technology!
